1993 / 2012 With Québec City Leathermen for 19 Years  Most ancient active leather Club in whole Québec   Created on October 1st, 1993, Les Cuirassés de Québec (Cuirassé = a French word meaning “a man wearing leather garments”) is a non-profit organization whose members share the following aims : 1- Promoting and wearing leather clothes and accessories. 2- Brotherhood between members and friendship with members of other clubs or leather groups. 3- Help provided to people with HIV and to organizations dedicated to prevention against AIDS. Les Cuirassés de Québec is a private club whose activities concern first his members, though some of those are also open to public. Les Cuirassés de Québec is not a sex club, though his members can engage in their own practices, provided that this do not be done behalf the Club’s name. Members gather on a regular basis, including for their club night (“soirées club”) and to meet into their general assembly. Monthly affairs are settled by a board of directors. Yearly calendar of activities is available in both French and English versions. A news letter, Info-Cuir (in French only), is sent to members and to Club friends to announce Club activities.
